Agenda
SB 140 – (Langerholc) – Establishes the Mass Transit Special Prosecutor Program.
SB 243 – (Argall) – Amends the Human Services Code to require the Department of Human Services to check death certificate records monthly against a list of recipients of the Medical Assistance and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Benefits (SNAP) programs.
SB 244 – (Argall) – Amends the Human Services Code to require the Department of Human Services to check wage records held by the Department of Labor and Industry against recipients of Medical Assistance and benefits of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program on a quarterly basis.
SB 245 – (Argall) – Amends the Human Services Code to require the Department of Human Services to issue an annual report regarding program eligibility.
SB 671 – (Farry) – Amends the Local Tax Enabling Act by adding a new chapter with regard to local taxes in cities of the first class and makes related repeals.
