SB 153 (J. WARD) Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to permit milk hauling during a declaration of disaster emergency.
OVER AS AMENDED.

     A05731 (J. WARD) Makes the decal identifying the truck as a licensed milk hauler and issued by the Milk
     Board a one-time issuance. Requires the decal to be placed on the driver’s side cab and prohibits fees for
     decals from exceeding administrative costs of producing or issuing them. ADOPTED 31-17.

SB 1237 (BAKER) Reauthorizes the Underground Utility Line Protection Law without a sunset date and further
providing for definitions; for the duties of facility owners, designers, excavators and project owners; for the damage
prevention committee; and for compliance orders and administrative penalties. OVER AS AMENDED.

     A05684 (BAKER) Does not require a facility owner without One-Call compliant existing maps to locate lines
     or facilities installed before April 30, 2018 instead of the effective date. Makes the act effective
     immediately, rather than in 60 days. ADOPTED 48-0.

HB 2288 (MARSHALL) Amends the Second Class Township Code to increase the maximum annual compensation
limit of a township supervisor. Also allows townships to provide compensation on a per-meeting basis based on the
attendance of the supervisor. PASSED 46-2.

SB 153 (J. WARD) Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to permit milk hauling during a declaration of disaster emergency.
Requires a decal issued by the Milk Board to be attached to the driver’s side cab designating the truck as a licensed
milk hauler. PASSED 34-14.

SB 1237 (BAKER) Reauthorizes the Underground Utility Line Protection Law without a sunset date and further
providing for definitions; for the duties of facility owners, designers, excavators and project owners; for the damage
prevention committee; and for compliance orders and administrative penalties. PASSED 48-0.

SB 1317 (BAKER) Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to classify convictions of sexual assault by sports
official, volunteer or employee of nonprofit association as a Tier II sexual offense under the Sexual Offender
Registration and Notification Act. PASSED 48-0.

SB 155 (BROOKS) Amends the Automobile Lemon Law to include motorcycles, except for dual sport motorcycles
that are driven off road. PASSED 48-0.

SB 1319 (FARRY) Amends the Architects Licensure Law requiring architects to complete a minimum of 24 hours of
continuing education as a condition of license renewal and establishes practice and title protection for licensed
architects. Requires the certification of interior designers and prohibits the provision of interior design services as a
certified interior designer if the certification is not renewed biannually or if the certificate is transferred. Adds two
architects and one certified interior designer to the Architects Licensure Board. PASSED 48-0.
