      Amendment No. 4691 Flynn Modifies the abandoned vehicle process at wholesale vehicle auctions.

2. S.B. 1200 DiSanto Incorporates private driver education and training schools at PennDOT.

      Amendment No. 4839 DiSanto Allows PennDOT to promulgate regulations, including temporary regulations.

3. S.B. 1246 Kearney Re-establishes the State Safety Oversight Office at PennDOT.

      Amendment No. 4849 Langerholc Defines an appeals process and clarifies certain program standards.

4. H.B. 478 McAndrew Updates the child safety restraint systems in all trucks.

      Amendment No. 4814 Langerholc Addresses civil actions and criminal proceedings related to restraint systems
      (Commonwealth v. Howard), and clarifies the chargeable offenses for a driver or passenger under 18 years of age.
